This system sits between a company's own order management and the delivery companies in the region, automatically choosing the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for each shipment based on past performance and coverage area. It handles the whole shipment journey, from printing labels to updating tracking.

Every delivery company across Southeast Asia hands over order details in a slightly different format, and some are still on very old systems. We wrote a small translator so our client only has to deal with one format, no matter which delivery company is carrying the parcel.
04 / Results
The client now processes a high volume of shipments monthly with far fewer routing errors, and has cut shipping costs by choosing carriers more intelligently.
