No refund policy applies to app and web development services. Once the development process has begun, payments are non-refundable.
Refunds for web and email hosting services are prorated based on the duration of the subscription. If you cancel your hosting service, you will receive a refund for the remaining months of your subscription year.
Refund policies for ambient media services are subject to the respective contract duration and terms outlined in your specific service agreement. Please refer to your contract for detailed information.
To request a refund for eligible services, please contact our customer support team with your account details and reason for the refund. Our team will process your request in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
Services not explicitly mentioned in this refund policy are non-refundable.
